Every item is made to order especially for you, so we don’t accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, colour selection, or change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
